CANNABIS AND CASH SEIZED FOLLOWING LOCAL DRUG BUSTS

Cheshire Police carried out a number of searches on Wednesday relating to the supply of controlled drugs.

The operation resulted in nearly 30 warrants being carried out on homes and premises across the county.

Three warrants were issued in Macclesfield, one in Wilmlsow, three in Crewe and one in Congleton.
