The spookiest wedding of the year

A ghost bride is inviting the public to be her guests at the spookiest wedding of the year.
She will be joined by a host of creepy characters who will send shivers down the spines of everyone who attends the horrifying occasion at Quarry Bank later this month.
Her Maid of Honour and a Priest will take ticket holders on Spooky Tours of the mill on October 27 and 28.
Whether those souls who are brave enough to enter ever leave remains to be seen as her wedding will awaken ghosts from the past at the nightmarish venue in Wilmslow.
“There will be more wedding frights than favours,” said Programming Officer Suzanne Bowling.
“The only question is ‘do you dare set foot in the mill for our Hallowe’en event?”
Ghosts, ghouls and other fiendish things will be brought to life on the spooky walks by the nrg theatre company and students from Staffordshire University.
A guide will greet ‘wedding guests’ before embarking on a tour around the old mill that will be so scary it will only be suitable for the over 12s.
Places must be reserved and the event usually sells out so please book early.
Spooky Tours run on October 27 and 28 from 6.30pm to 10.15pm. You can book online at www.nationaltrust.org.uk/quarry-bank
