Congleton man charged with burglary
Following an investigation Macclesfield Police have charged a 38-year-old man with burglary.
Tony Heathcote from Redfern Avenue in Congleton was arrested following reports of suspicious activity in the town.
He has since been charged with burglary with intent to steal following a burglary in Ennerdale Drive, Congleton, breaching a community order and harassment.
He is appearing at South and East Cheshire Magistrates Court today (8 February).
