Family pay tribute to Alexandra Ross

The family of Alexandra Ross, who died in a collision on the A537 on Chelford Road near Henbury, have paid tribute to her.

The collision occurred at 1.39pm on 3 January and involved a bus and a red Ford KA. Sadly, Alexandra Ross, 22, from Macclesfield, was pronounced dead at the scene. The family are being supported by specialist officers.

Five passengers on the bus were treated for minor injuries.

Alex’s family said: “Alex was our beautiful kind daughter, a loved sister and Granddaughter. We are all heartbroken. She was loved by everyone who knew her and will be truly missed.”

Alex’s sister, Bethany, added: “Not only my sister but my soul mate. I was so lucky to be a part of Alex’s life and she will go on with me for the rest of mine in spirit.”
