  • MUKENDI RECALLED BY SILKMEN

    Southport manager Liam Watson has confirmed that Macclesfield Town have recalled striker Vinny Mukendi from his loan spell at Haig Avenue.

    The 19-year-old forward joined the Sandgrounders on a one-month loan on 23 September and the Silkmen have opted not to extend his loan due to a mounting injury list.

    Mukendi made eight first-team appearances for Southport and managed to find the net against York City and Gateshead.
