GOALIE JACK SIGNS UP FOR ANOTHER YEAR

Goalkeeper Jack Cudworth has signed a new one-year contract with League Two side Macclesfield Town.

The 20-year-old, who started his career at Preston North End, joined the Silkmen from Welsh Premier League side Rhyl last summer.

He has also has spells with AFC Telford United and Welshpool.

Cudworth was a regular in the Silkmen`s reserves last season but failed to make a first team appearance as Jose Veiga kept him out of the side.

Veiga joined midfielder Sam Wedgbury and right-back Elliot Hewitt in also penning new deals earlier this week.
