Year 11 students interviewed

The Rotary club of Macclesfield  Castle carried out the first of the 2015 session of Mock Interviews at Macclesfield Academy.

An annual event, held for the last 15 years, it allows several local schools to give year 11 students the opportunity to gain confidence during an interview.

Seen as preparation for a real life experience many find it the experience daunting. However, it does and has helped many young people develop their interview techniques and skills.

The club members and associates of Macclesfield Castle club expect to complete over 300 interviews over the next few weeks.
