Pool company makes a splash in Bollington

Award-winning indoor pool company Portrait Pools is making waves in Bollington and local MP, David Rutley, recently met up with staff and management from the 25-strong team in its new purpose-designed showroom on Store Street.

David was told how the company hopes its presence in Bollington will drive further investment in the town, help to attract customers and professional suppliers, and promote additional job opportunities for local residents.

In addition to product displays, the new, state-of-the-art showroom has facilities for interior designers and architects – the only one of its type in the country.

Formerly based in Southport, Portrait Pools has been in operation for 28 years installing both indoor and outdoor residential and commercial swimming pools, spa pools and saunas. The decision to move was prompted by their growing client base in the Cheshire East region.

Speaking after his visit, David said, “It was good to meet with the team at Portrait Pools, and to learn more about the company’s achievements over the past year. It is positive news for Bollington to have this well-established business set up its headquarters here, helping to bring more visitors to the town and create employment opportunities for local residents. I wish the company continued success in the months ahead.”
