Steeleye Span return

With their fiftieth anniversary approaching and a work rate to put many younger artists to shame, Steeleye Span, returns to the road.   

Thanks to the hit singles including Gaudete and All Around My Hat they become one of best-known acts of the British folk revival. Steeleye Span was formed back in 1969 and has enjoyed four Top 40 albums over the years; last year also saw the release of their eighth album in twelve years.

With their new seven-piece lineup, Steeleye Span returns to the road and call into Buxton. The show will see them perform new gems alongside classics that have made them one of the most successful British Folk Rock bands ever.

Steeleye Span are at Buxton Opera House on Tuesday 9 October at 7.30pm.
