Disabled parking means parking for the disabled!

Maybe the driver of this taxi can’t see to well – or maybe can’t read.

The taxi was parked in the disabled spot when I arrived and went into the Co-op and was still there 5-7 minutes later when I came out.

I was last to exit the shop – so guess he’d found a convenient (for him) space whilst waiting for a fare pick-up.

Of course he may be disabled, but then he’d display his blue badge wouldn’t he?
