Amazon Gift Card scam
Ensure you – and any of your vulnerable friends and relatives – don’t drop their guard this Christmas.
The latest scam is an email advising the recipient they’ve won an Amazon Gift Card worth £500. Of course it’s just a ruse to get you to log in.
But for the howling grammatical errors this might pass muster. Instead of clicking on the hotlink – forward a copy to stop-spoofing@amazon.com then consign the original email to the Junk folder.
