One-Stop shop robber charged
A man has been charged with armed robbery of a Macclesfield convenience store.
Andrew Monaghan was arrested on Thursday 16 January at his Merseyside home.
The 42-year-old, of Huyton House Road, Merseyside, was charged in relation to the armed robbery of the Tesco One-Stop store on Cross Street, Macclesfield on 12 October 2019.
Monaghan has been remanded in custody and is set to appear at Crewe Magistrates’ Court today (Friday 16 January).
