Winter walks and snowdrops

As February begins the gardens taking part in The National Garden Scheme’s annual Snowdrop Festival are throwing open their gates.

You can find over 100 gardens opening throughout the Festival full of snowdrops and spring flowers, winter walks, hot soup, great cakes, other refreshments and plants sales!\

Briarfield, Cheshire

Briarfield in Cheshire is open every Friday in February.

Tucked under the south facing side of Burton Wood the garden is home to many specialist and unusual plants, some available in the plant sale.

Definitely one to explore!
