Macc Lit & Phil
The next meeting of Macc Lit & Phil (Macclesfield Literary & Philosophical Society) l is next Tuesday evening 21st March starting at 7.30 pm in Macclesfield Library.
Brian Groom, author of “Northerners: A History, from the Ice Age to the Present Day”, speaks about some fascinating figures from the region’s past.
Brian is a former assistant editor and political editor at the Financial Times and editor of Scotland on Sunday. He is an expert on British regional and national affairs. Brian now lives in Saddleworth.
