Interest in Macclesfield’s new build rises

Macclesfield housebuilding sector is gaining traction across the region as the number of new-builds in the town increases. 

According to Linden Homes’ analysis of demand for its Macclesfield properties on Rightmove, there has been an influx in interest – with a 20% increase in the number of four and five-bedroom new-build homes listed on Rightmove in April. And 19% more homeowners put their four and five-bedroom homes on the market last month.

Macclesfield is clearly a town on the rise with people looking to take advantage of its amenities, transport links and nearby scenery of the Peak District.
