Barnaby Presents is a new series of free talks and workshops about a wide range of arts & culture producing skills, and will take place in central Macclesfield in the lead up to Barnaby Festival 2020.
These sessions are free and open to everyone.
The first Barnaby Presents workshop will take place on Thursday 7th November, 6.30-8.30pm at The Old Sunday School Heritage Centre. This session will focus on fundraising and bid-writing and will be led by arts producer, consultant and veteran bid-winner Laura Drane. If you’re thinking about how you could fundraise to bring your Barnaby 2020 proposal to life, this workshop will be full of tips and tricks!
Whether you’re new to the bid-writing process or want to scale-up your applications, this session led by producer, consultant and veteran bid-winner Laura Drane will equip you well.
By the end of this workshop, you’ll understand every stage of the bid-writing process from identifying funds to delivering a winning bid, with lots of practical level of dos and don’ts. You’ll be fully prepared not just for filling in the form, but for the whole bid-writing journey!
