Kim Wilde calls into Buxton

Pop star Kim Wilde sprang to fame in the 80s with numerous UK hits including her debut single Kids in America. Kim is a platinum selling artist with over 30 million records sold worldwide and has supported legendary artists such Michael Jackson and David Bowie.

Kim has enjoyed a varied career over the years including rediscovering a love of gardening which led to her writing two books and appearing on gardening shows on BBC and Channel 4. She also currently presents her Secret Songs radio show every Sunday on Magic FM.

Her new tour coincides with the release of her 14th studio album Here Come the Aliens. Recorded at the legendary RAK studios, where she began her career back in 1981, Kim revealed to fans on Facebook that they were “working on something very special.”

The tour is packed full of brand new music, and some of her well-known hits likeChequered Love and You Keep Me Hangin’ On are guaranteed to have you on your feet in this unforgettable night.
