The renowned Kinder Choirs present their annual summer showcase, featuring the magic of youthful voices singing in harmony.
Kinder Choirs have a reputation as one of the UK’s most highly regarded and exciting young choral organisations, helping encourage youngsters with a love of music to follow their passion. The award-winning choirs feature more than 100 of the very best young voices aged 7-18 from the High Peak area. They provide exceptional opportunities for all children to perform in prestigious venues such as Buxton Opera House.
Their annual summer showcase, which this year commemorates the 100th anniversary of the Armistice, will present a varied and moving programme for all to enjoy. With a captivating and exciting mix of choral favourites and popular songs from World Wars I & II.
This inspirational evening will also feature music from the big screen such as John Williams’ Hymn to the Fallen from Saving Private Ryan and music from Band of Brothers.
