Two charged following Macclesfield pub incident

Two men arrested following a disturbance at a pub in Macclesfield have been charged. 

Martin Addison, 32, and Michael Quinn, 31, were both arrested on Tuesday 14 January following an incident at the Swan with two Necks on Chestergate. 

Quinn, of Shakespeare Road, Bredbury, has since been charged with assault by beating, assault of a an emergency services worker and two counts of criminal damage. 

Addison, of Rainow Road, Macclesfield has been charged with use of threatening and abusive language. 

The pair are both set to appear at Chester Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 16 January.
