Cannabis farm in Pickford Street
Police have discovered cannabis being grown, literally under their noses, in the centre of Macclesfield.
The plants were being cultivated at a property on Pickford Street which had last been home to the Prosecco Bar but been used previously as both restaurants and bars.
We understand police attended the address following information provided by members of the public.
A number of police officers remain at the scene whilst the plants and equipment is removed.w
