TOWN CENTRE REDEVELOPMENT MAY BE CALLED IN BY SECRETARY OF STATE
The Strategic Planning Board who are due to meet on Wednesday 12th June to determine the future of the town redevelopment scheme, may be forced to relinquish the decision to the Secretary of State.
Cheshire East Planning Office has advised the Planning Committee that: “A request has been made, by a local individual, or group, to the Secretary of State to intervene and determine the application. Details of the proposals and report have been forwarded to the Secretary of State for consideration.
