Joe & Gerry – Taking the Purple
Ex Purple Gangster Joe Beard will be inviting everyone to ‘take the purple’ when he plays, sings and reads extracts from his biography of The Purple Gang – Taking the Purple – at The Castle, on Barnaby Saturday.
Joe will be joined on stage with other Purple Gangster, Gerry Robinson to perform some songs from their forthcoming new album – ‘We mean’t no harm.’
Castle Inn, Church Street, Macclesfield Saturday 21st June 8 pm
