Police appeal for information following Alsager fatality

Cheshire Police are appealing for information following a fatal collision involving a motorcycle, which occurred at mid-day on Saturday 21 February 2015, on Linley Lane, Alsager.

The motorcycle, an Aprilla SX 125, ridden by a 20-year-old male, is believed to have left the road and collided with a lamp-post.

Emergency services attended the scene, but unfortunately the rider was pronounced dead at the scene.

Officers are particularly keen to speak to the driver of a white car which was seen driving close to the scene around the time the collision occurred.

Anyone with information in relation to the incident is asked to contact Cheshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 406 of 21 February 2015.
