£1.2 million restaurant to open in Alderley

Private equity-backed restaurant brand Victors is to open a 2,450 sq ft venue on the former Alchemist site in Alderley Edge.

Victors, (part of the East Coast Concepts Group), was established in Hale in 2014 – with an additional site launched in Oxford earlier this year.

More than £1.2m will be invested in the Alderley Edge all-day dining venue – which will include private dining and events space.

East Coast Concepts, which also operates the successful Neighbourhood brand, was backed by private equity firm NorthEdge Capital in June 2016 to support its nationwide roll out.

Owner, East Coast Concepts, was established by entrepreneur James Hitchen, who took inspiration from New York’s dining district.
