Sinbad is at Tatton Park

Sinbad – Family Outdoor Theatre at in Tatton’s Gardens this Thursday

Think you know the story of Sinbad? Think again! Join Off the Ground Theatre tomorrow evening (27 July), 7pm in Tatton Park’s glorious Gardens for an intimate performance of the classic Sinbad swashbuckling tale, the perfect way to kick-start the Summer holidays – don’t forget to bring a picnic and a chair!

Step back in time for a spectacle of storytelling, setting sail on the greatest voyage of all time.

When Sinbad hears tell of the legendary Solomon’s Reef, prophesied to hold all the lost treasures of the Earth, the temptation proves too great. The adventurer joins up with a cut-throat crew, travelling to the ends of the world to find their fame and fortune. As they meander their way across the oceans they find themselves shipwrecked on a whale, attacked by giant eagles, befriending an ogre and on the dinner plates of cannibals!

Creatures sensational and salivating, surreal and supercilious cross Sinbad and the sailors as they set their course for Solomon’s secret Reef.
