Woman banned from Macclesfield town centre

A woman has been banned from Macclesfield town centre after being ordered to adhere to a Criminal Behaviour Order for the next three years.

Lauren Wilson, of no fixed address but of Macclesfield, was handed the order at Crewe Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday 19 April.

The 26-year-old is now forbidden from entering Macclesfield town centre as outlined in the attached map.

She also must not enter the following shops; Tesco Superstore on Hibel Road, Co-Op on Hurdsfield Road or McColls on Hurdsfield Green.

The CBO, which was applied for by Macclesfield South Beat Team, prohibits Wilson from entering Macclesfield town centre unless for any pre-arranged appointments.

If Wilson fails to follow the order, she could be fined or returned to prison.

Anyone who encounters Wilson breaching any of the above restrictions is urged to contact Cheshire Police via the Cheshire Police website or call 101, to report it.
