New car parking charges next week

Drivers are reminded that changes to parking in Cheshire East car parks come into effect on Monday, 26th May.

• Parking charges will be extended by four hours – between 8 am – 10 pm. 
• Charges will also apply on Sundays – with tariffs the same as weekdays.
• Motorists will be permitted to pay to park for up to 14 hours. 
• Some parking charges and permits will increase. Low tariff bands will increase by 10p per hour.

One car park in each town will offer parking free after 3 pm every day, including Sundays.

Signs detailing the new charges will be publicised in car parks.
