The man police were seeking has now been found and arrested.

Police have released an image of a man they’d like to speak to following an incident of indecent exposure in Congleton Park.
On 3 July, at around 4:45 pm, a man exposed himself, then walked off, crossing the bridge over the River Dane, towards Park View Road.
The man is described as being, white, with tanned skin, of medium build, tattoos on his arms and a shaved head.
He was wearing black trousers, black t-shirt, red socks and black trainers and carried a shoulder bag.
Anyone who recognises the man in the picture, or the has any information should contact Cheshire Police on 101 or via the website quoting IML 2125372.
