Drug dealing pair charged

Two men have been charged following an investigation into drug dealing in Macclesfield.

Macclesfield North and Poynton Beat Team executed a warrant at an address in Peel Street, Macclesfield on 5 June 

A quantity of drugs were seized along with a machete and cash.

Paul Masters, 44, of Percyvale Street, Macclesfield was charged with possession with intent to supply Class B drugs (cannabis), possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class A (cocaine) and possessing criminal property.

Daniel Sant, 20, of Congleton Road, Gawsworth was charged with possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class B (cannabis), possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class A (cocaine) and possessing criminal property.

Both men appeared at Warrington Magistrates Court on 7 June and were bailed to appear at Chester Crown Court on 4 July.
