Hilltop Country House, Flash Lane, Prestbury, Cheshire, SK10 4ED

Set amidst 15 acres of wonderful rolling Cheshire countryside, the extensive gardens at Hilltop Country House surround the 17th century house and are a plant lovers paradise. The gardens are divided into smaller gardens set on different levels including an enclosed secret parterre, wildlife areas, ponds, established mixed borders, an orchard, formal herb garden and a newly planted wood. There are many mature trees which provide structure throughout. Hilltop Country House is home to a year-round garden but the month of July highlights the diversity of colours in the herbaceous borders.

Interesting country garden of approx 4 acres. Woodland walk, parterre, herb garden, herbaceous borders, dry stone walled terracing, lily ponds with waterfall. Wisteria clad 1693 house (not open), ancient trees, orchard with magnificent views to Pennines and to the west.
