Report potholes with traCE

Cheshire East are making it easier to report potholes and other local issues with the launch of a new online tool called traCE.

It launches on Wednesday 23 July and will replace the current third-party solution, Fix My Street. Open highways enquiries from Fix My Street will be automatically transferred to traCE, so there’s no need to report those issues again.

Accessible 24/7 from any device, traCE is a map-based platform that allows anyone to quickly and easily report issues such as graffiti, fallen trees, abandoned vehicles and fly-tipping within Cheshire East.

You can also receive progress updates on previously reported issues and subscribe to reports raised by others. This will reduce duplicate reports – saving time and enabling council services to focus on new issues.
