RHS Chatsworth opens its doors tomorrow and runs until Sunday 9th June and visitors are in for a huge treat of unusual plants, take home gardening ideas and, whilst you’re there – indulge in a spot of afternoon tea with friends.
Set in the spectacular grounds of the Chatsworth estate, the RHS Chatsworth Flower Show is looking forward to its third year of bringing innovative gardening ideas, insightful talks theatres and tradestands galore to Derbyshire.
If you’re visiting the show, expect shopping opportunities aplenty, tempting eateries and the chance to quiz experts on how to bring your dream garden to life.
Complimentary tea tasting Visit Wedgwood’s Tea Conservatory for a complimentary tea tasting experience of their exotic Wonderlust Collection and Limited Edition Strawberry and Cucumber tea.
The Wonderlust Collection depicts tropical plants and exotic influences from around the world, while the Strawberry and Cucumber tea links to Wedgwood’s 260th anniversary collection Wild Strawberry Gold.
The Tea Conservatory is a place to relax, sample tea and be inspired by unique views of the Wedgwood Show Garden.
Nestled between the Long Borders you’ll find a fantastic display of Dahlia Dalina Maxi (Salinas bi-colour).
Dive into dahlias Wander among 6000 of the finest dahlias and snap a picture of these beautiful blooms that’ll be at their very best during the show.
Meet floral experts Find a range of the country’s finest growers and plant experts in the Floral Marquee. You’ll be spoilt for choice with top plants to buy and unusual species to discover, with around 100 top nurseries and plant societies featuring across the show.
Find new ideas in the Show Gardens The RHS have packed as much planting as possible into the show. Along with exciting Show Gardens from industry experts, you’ll also be able to see entries from a brand new competition.
This competition, in a collaboration between the RHS and BBC Local Radio, sees finalists bring their small-space garden designs to life at the show.
