Appeal for witnesses to Prestbury burglary

Police investigating a burglary at a property in Prestbury are appealing for witnesses to come forward.

Four offenders used tools and smashed a window to gain access to a detached house on Castle Hill, between 5.45 pm and 6 pm, on Wednesday 4 December

They ransacked the main bedroom, took a safe containing jewellery and a watch, then left the house via the rear garden and escaped in a vehicle that had bee parked on Withinlee Road.
