Teenager carried a machete
Following a stop and search in Jordangate, Macclesfield on Monday 7 December, a 17-year-old boy has been charged after a machete and a lock knife were found in his possession.
The boy, who is from Altrincham, has since been charged with two counts of possession of a knife in a public place and has been released on conditional bail.
He is set to appear at Stockport Youth Court on Wednesday 23 December.
