Mario Balotelli will NOT face legal action after a firework let off in his bathroom set fire to his house.

The City striker had to escape from his plush detached pad with pals after the early-hours drama in Mottram St Andrew on Saturday.

Now Cheshire Police have confirmed they will not look to press charges after the incident, which saw 10 firefighters tackle the blaze.

Officers launched an investigation into the cause of the fire
