POLICE APPEAL FOLLOWING CHRISTMAS ROBBERY

Police are appealing for witnesses following a street robbery in Macclesfield.

At around 7.10pm on 26 December 2013 a 17-year-old was walking along Great King Street in Macclesfield when he was knocked to the ground and repeatedly attacked.

The offenders stole his phone and other items. The victim was left with cuts and bruises.

There may have been two offenders and both spoke with local accents.
