FIVE MORE CHARGED WITH FIREARM OFFENCES

A further five men have been charged in connection with a firearms discharge in Macclesfield.

At 10.26pm on Tuesday 8 October 2013 police received reports a firearm had been discharged at an address in Parkgate Road in Macclesfield.

As part of the investigation, two 22-year-old men, a 25-year-old man, a 19-year-old man and a 20 year-old man were arrested yesterday.

Charles Beadell, 22, from Buckfast Close in Macclesfield was charged with possessing ammunition with intent to endanger life, possession of a shotgun with intent to endanger life and will appear at Macclesfield Magistrates on 19 February 2014.

William Dale, 25, from Shepherd Street in Biddulph was charged with possessing ammunition with intent to endanger life, possession of a shotgun with intent to endanger life and two counts of conspiracy to supply Class A drugs (cocaine and heroin). He will appear at Macclesfield Magistrates on 20 February 2014.

Ricky Jervis, 22, from Dale Crescent in Congleton was charged with possessing ammunition with intent to endanger life, possession of a shotgun with intent to endanger life and will appear at Macclesfield Magistrates on 19 February 2014.

Cade Spence, 20, from Haworth Avenue in Congleton was charged with possessing ammunition with intent to endanger life and possession of a shotgun with intent to endanger life. He is appearing at Crewe Magistrates on 24 January 2014.

Patrick Jordan, 19, from Mow Lane in Astbury was charged with conspiracy to supply a Class A drug (cocaine) and possessing ammunition with intent to endanger life and possession of a shotgun with intent to endanger life. He is appearing at Crewe Magistrates on 24 January 2014.
