Tony Diagne returning to The Moss

Macclesfield Town have re-signed defender Tony Diagne on a season-long loan from Lincoln City.

The 24-year-old Frenchman joined the Silkmen in 2011 after coming through the youth system at Nottingham Forest.

He made 86 appearances and scored six goals during his time at the Moss Rose, but moved to Morecambe in 2013 before joining the Imps a year later.

Diagne made 19 appearances in the Conference for Lincoln last season as they finished 15th.
