Enterprising Macclesfield

Tuesday, 17th November sees the launch of Enterprising Macclesfield at the Silk Heritage Centre.

The Make it Macclesfield team have established Enterprising Macclesfield in an attempt to provide a focal point for encouraging and supporting social and commercial enterprise in the Macclesfield area.

The group aims to achieve this by providing support and funding to entrepreneurs with an ambition to develop sustainable enterprises in their local community. Enterprising Macclesfield will support start-ups and established enterprises where measurable benefits to the area can be identified.

The agenda will be:

20:15 – Encouraging enterprise – Rt Hon David Rutley MP

20:20 – Funding Grants – Zoe Sheppard, Chief Executive, Cheshire Community Foundation

20:30 – How can you help?

20:40 – Networking and informal discussion
