Emergency services attend collision on M6
Emergency services are currently at the scene of an incident on the M6 near Middlewich.
At 1.40pm police received reports of a collision between a bus and a van between junction 17 (Sandbach) and junction 18 (Middlewich) on the northbound carriageway.
The road is currently closed northbound and drivers are urged to avoid the area where possible – diversions are in place and motorists are advised to follow these.
Paramedics are currently at the scene assessing any injuries.
Anyone with any information is urged to call Cheshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 444 of 1st June.
