Attempted murder charge for Wilmslow shooter

A man from Bradford has been charged with four counts of attempted murder by Cheshire Police.

Tony Lee Vincent Grant, 36, was arrested by Cheshire Police on 12 September 2016 in relation to two shootings in Wilmslow.

Following questioning Grant, of Queens Road, Bradford, was charged with four counts of attempted murder.

The charges relate to two incidents in Wilmslow where shots were fired at an address in the Mosswood Road area.

Grant was remanded in police custody and is set to appear at Macclesfield Magistrates Court later today, Tuesday 13 September.
