Arighi Bianchi’s reception blooms

The Flower House at Arighi Bianchi have moved front of house, offering a fragrant welcome to customers.

Flower House Co-owner, Beverley Coghlan told ilovemacc: “We’re delighted with our new location, which allows us to interact with customers as they walk through the door.”

Arighi Bianchi director, Robert Bianchi, said: “It’s a great way to welcome people and the feedback has been really positive with lots of customers stopping to chat and admire the blooms.”

“The Flower House at Arighi Bianchi is all about giving our customers a new experience and it’s been a great addition to the store as well as complementing the other departments. The flowers look beautiful and we host lots of celebrations in our café bar too, so having a florist on site is ideal.”

The Flower House was originally situated in the café bar but the relocation has given Beverley and her co-director, Megan Palmer, a real boost. “It’s great to see people’s reactions,” said Megan, “and business has been fantastic. Everyone at the store has been so supportive and we feel very much a part of the Arighi family!”

The idea was inspired by a trip to Liberty’s in London. Beverley commented: “In today’s marketplace you’ve got to offer people an interesting shopping experience: we keep up with today’s trends and source quirky vases and pots to complement our selection of fresh flowers, unusual plants and terrariums. I think The Flower House at Arighi Bianchi offers its customers something unique, and we’re thrilled it’s been so well received.”
