Bla, Bla, Bla

Buxton Local Artists, more commonly known as Bla Bla Bla are made up of some of the very best acts from the local area. Various Bla Bla Bla members have entertained Buxton over the years with live music and this year is no exception.

Headlining the show is Radio Memphis and The Mississippi Horns, a collection of seasoned musicians who will be celebrating the sound that defined 60s and 70s Southern America. The bands vintage ‘Rock ‘n’ Soul’ sound includes classic Memphis Soul, Texas Blues, Louisiana Swamp Funk and Southern Rock Funk.

Breaker-One-Nine will also be joining the line up with popular ‘Dad Rock’ tunes. With covers of Police, ZZ top, U2, The Eagles,  AC/DC there’s enough music to keep your dad dancing skills up to scratch.

Other acts include singer and songwriter Doug Torr, Fuzzy Felt World and hard hitting Funk Rock band Groove Cake. All these talented local acts add up to one big Buxton evening of entertainment.
