Fine Lines wow Sutton’s Big Music Night crowd

Local six-piece Fine Lines played Sutton’s Big Night of Music over the weekend – debuting their latest album ‘Gaslight Roses’ – and wowing the audience with their unique blend of roots-infused Americana music.

Started by singer-songwriter David Boardman in 2016, the band has been building a growing reputation across the country with fans of their unique blend of music. Their debut album ‘Hour Of Need’ gained universally glowing reviews on its release in May 2017 and they’ve been performing to increasingly appreciative audiences ever since.

Their rocking songs have echoes of Dylan & the Band, Mercury-era Rod Stewart and Bruce Springsteen – and the twin vocals of Boardman and Zoe Blythe, are perfectly complimented by Gary O’Brien on piano and Hammond organ, Emily Doggett on electric fiddle, Alex Berry on bass and Mark Radcliffe (yes, that Mark Radcliffe) on drums.

See this band playing an intimate venue while you have the chance – they’re on their way up.
