Thursday 5th March is World Book Day – #worldbookday

If you happen to be in the vicinity of or passing through Macclesfield District General Hospital call in to the ECHO desk in main reception and check out the Books and Bakes on sale.

There’ll be a huge selection of second-hand books – all priced at 50p or under – covering every subject from non-fiction, self help, cookery , kids books, teens and much more.

And while you’re there browsing through the books, why not pick up a cake or two to enjoy whilst reading your new purchase.

And, don’t forget, all the money raised will go towards funding the patient transport minibus which helps hospital patients get home.
