Appeal for witnesses to A34 collision

Police are appealing for witnesses following a collision on the A34 in Handforth.

Following a collision between a Suzuki motorbike and a white Ford Transit van on the A34 between the Polar Ford roundabout and the Tesco Handforth Dean roundabout on the northbound carriageway police are appealing for witnesses and/or dash cam footage.

The rider of the white and blue motorbike, a 47-year-old man, was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries. His condition is described as stable.
