What’s on at Cinemac

Cinemac Price Updates

To start 2023 we have had to increase our prices, after feedback from our last email we have reviewed the increases and reduced them slightly.

Please note that our prices will increase as of 6/1.

Classic Seating: Adult £8, Concession: £7, Child: £6

Family Ticket: £24

Luxe Seating: Adult £9, Concession / Child: £8

Arighi Bianchi Luxury Sofa Seats: For 2: £24 For 3: £36

These increases are not something we want to do, however with ever increasing operational costs, it is something that is essential.

Essential Maintenance
The Cinema will be closed on January 10th & 11th for some essential maintenance. This time will be used to repair damaged seats, make some improvements to the toilets and to make our bar more efficient.

Important Information about JD King as Elvis
As many of you may know, JD King could not perform in December due to Illness.

If you had tickets for the December performance and have not contacted us for a refund, your tickets have been automatically moved to January 13th.

No new booking confirmations will be sent out for the new date as your reference number & seats will be the same.

If you had tickets to the original date and are unable to make the new date, we are offering refunds until 9/1. Any refund requests after this date will be given at the discretion of the cinema manager.

Cinema Reservation Policy

For a long time we have reserved people seats and asked for payment to be made upon arrival to the show. In December alone we had 56 bookings that did not turn up.

Because of these issues, we will no longer be reserving seats without payment. Please note that this does not apply to bookings which require a wheelchair.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

New Disabled Spaces

During January we plan to add new disabled spaces for our guests that use wheelchairs. Please note that these will be made available online as soon as they are installed.

CEA Online Booking

From the end of January, carers with a CEA card will now be able to claim their free ticket online. You can find out more information regarding CEA cards here: https://www.ceacard.co.uk/

Volunteer Drive

As many of you may know, we’re supported by voluntary stewards for most of our shows, without them, we simply wouldn’t be able to survive.

You’d be expected to: help run our box office & help clean after the show.

In exchange for your time you’ll get free films and a soft or hot drink when you’re doing a show.

If you think you could help out for one show a week, please drop us an email: cinemacoffice@gmail.com, use the heading: Cinema Volunteer.

Online Gift card Ordering

Due to the issues regarding Royal Mail, we have temporarily suspended our online gift card sales. This will be back up and running at the end of January.
