It’s 10 and not out for Macclesfield Boys Boxing Club

The gloves were on when Macclesfield Boys’ Boxing Club (MBBC) celebrated its 10th anniversary at Wilmslow Leisure Centre.

MBBC was established to develop young boxers, working with the local community and keeping membership fees low, encouraging youngsters from all backgrounds.

The audience, including the Mayor of Macclesfield, Councillor Lloyd Roberts, his wife Viv and professional boxers including British Flyweight Champion, Shinney Bayaar and president of MBBC, Super Bantamweight Liam Hanrahanwatched, 13 bouts, arranged through MBBC Head Coach, Kevin Bradbury.
