RSPB Big Garden Birdwatch

The RSPB’s Big Garden Birdwatch 2024 is just around the corner – 26-28 January.

The Big Garden Birdwatch is the UK’s biggest citizen science wildlife survey, and it’s so easy to take part.

It’s fun, it’s free and you don’t even need to have a garden: any outdoor space near where you live will work just fine. So join half a million nature lovers and help us understand how birds are faring.

Count me in!

To take part in Big Garden Birdwatch, put aside just one hour between 26-28 January, and count all the different birds you see in your garden, balcony or local park.

When you’re done, go online and tell us what you saw. It’s that simple. For more information, check out the video on our website.
